Some years ago, Brian and John wrote a comic strip called “Playground” as part of a game pitch that went nowhere. We think those strips are pretty funny, and since they shouldn’t sit on the bottom of a filing cabinet forever, we’ve decided to dust them off and run them while we struggle through the busiest times in our lives.
Playground is a little hooligan with a bunch of crazy friends: Dino (an ancient dinosaur); Flutter (the token flying character); Robo (whom you might remember from a brief cameo in Brian and John last year); Old Man (the old guy on the front porch); and a few others. This stuff is pretty surreal but we think it’s great.
Brian and John will return to their regular schedule sometime this Spring. Unless, of course, our fans decide they like Playground enough to ask for more. If that happens, you will notice the difference when they stop looking like they were scanned.
